A solo esthetician, on Google

I have been a solo Esthetician for 6 years and have put off having a website professionally put together because I didn't know where to start and I am not a tech person at all. Miles Media was recommended to me by my Skin Care Rep and I couldn't be happier. I sent them inspiration pictures and they nailed it.

Kristin N. Bliss Skin Studio, Centerville, Ohio

Good at the work. Invisible online.

Most studios we look at are not short on skill or loyal clients. They are short on a handful of fixable things that decide whether a stranger books them or the studio down the road.

From studio reviews written in September 2026. Studios are not named.

87 reviews

Five stars from 87 Google reviews, and not one price anywhere on the website. Finding out what a wax cost took five clicks and a trip to a different domain.

4 vs. 72

Google reviews after fourteen years in practice. The six studios ranked above her in town had between 72 and 457.

0 phone numbers

Not on the website and not on the Google listing. Both nearby competitors showed one at the top of the page.

1 photo

The entire treatment menu was a single picture. Google cannot read it, and on a phone it has to be pinched and zoomed to find a price.

Start with a free studio review.

A written report on how your studio looks to someone who has never heard of you, with the one fix to make first. Most first fixes take under an hour and cost nothing.

The first fix

Turn on the review request your booking app already sends after each visit, and point it at Google. About twenty minutes. Free.

What one regular is worth.

A marketing bill looks expensive as a monthly number. It looks different next to what one client who keeps coming back is worth in a year.

$150

6 visits

$450 a month

One regular is worth

$900 a year

The plan costs $5,400 a year, which 6 new regulars cover. Every regular after that is revenue you would not otherwise have had.

A regular here means someone who keeps booking at your average ticket. Tips and retail are left out on purpose.

Run like a good facial. Consult first.

01  Consultation

A free studio review

We read your website, Google listing, booking flow and prices against the studios closest to you, write it up, and walk you through it on a 30-minute call.

02  Treatment plan

One proposal, whole price

Build, monthly and anything optional, stated in full before you decide. Nothing shows up for the first time on an invoice.

03  Treatment

The work itself

About four weeks for a studio site. We write every page and you correct it. You are never asked to start from a blank page.

04  Aftercare

Month to month

A short report each month in plain English: calls, booking clicks, reviews, and what we are doing next. Stop any time with thirty days’ notice.

What you can hold us to.

Most of what goes wrong with agencies in this industry is in the fine print. Ours fits on one screen.

  1. You own everything.Domain, website, Google profile, ad accounts and analytics sit in your name with your card on file, and every login is written down in one place.
  2. Every price is published. The full menu is on this site. The whole price is said out loud before you sign anything.
  3. No long contracts.Builds are fixed-price. Monthly work is month to month.
  4. No markup on ad spend.Google and Meta bill you directly. Our fee is flat and listed.
  5. One person to call. You work with Ray from the first call. No account manager, no ticket queue.
  6. Nothing that bends the rules.Before-and-after photos with signed consent, no promised results, and medical claims only where your provider has approved them.

Asked on first calls.

Anything else, call Ray at (412) 212-8640.

Do I have to switch booking apps?

No. We build around the app you already use, whether that is GlossGenius, Vagaro, Square, Boulevard, Mangomint, Fresha or something else. Some of them allow booking right on your own site and some only allow a link out. The studio review tells you which kind you have and what that means.

Who owns the website and the accounts?

You do. The domain is registered in your name with your card on file, and the same goes for Google, analytics and any ad accounts. You get every login written down in one document. If you stop working with us, you keep all of it and nothing has to be rebuilt.

How long does a website take?

About four weeks for a studio site, counted from the day you pick a design direction, and six to eight weeks for a med spa. The thing that slows projects down is almost always photos, so we plan the shoot or the shot list in the first week.

What is the catch with the free studio review?

There isn't one. You get the written review and a 30-minute call. Some studios hire us afterward and most do not need to right away, because the first fix is usually something you can do yourself in under an hour.

Do you run Instagram for studios?

For solo estheticians, usually not. Your Instagram works because it sounds like you, and we would rather spend your budget on Google, where people are already looking to book. We set up the profile link, highlights and a simple posting plan. Med spas with a front desk and several providers are different, and Practice plans can include social.

Can you help with before-and-after photos?

Yes, within the rules. Every photo needs the client's signed consent, the same lighting and angle before and after, and no retouching. We write captions that describe the treatment without promising results, and for anything medical, your provider approves the wording first.

Do you work with studios outside Pittsburgh?

Yes, anywhere in the US. Everything runs over the phone and video calls. Bliss Skin Studio, our first esthetician site, is in Ohio.
